A lecturer in industrial engineering and an engineer by training, Manon Enjolras‘ professional and research experience focuses mainly on the metrology of companies’ internal processes from a multi-dimensional perspective: innovation, exporting, inventive design, industrial protection, etc. This measurement of companies’ internal capabilities is based on the application of multi-criteria analysis and data analysis methodologies enabling the design of evaluation and decision-making tools. Particular attention is paid to the specific case of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), highlighting the need to propose joint visions of these internal practices and processes, using systems thinking and complex thinking.
