With a background in educational science, my research interests focus on the soft skills of innovators, the skills that make them up and the informal learning that enables subjects to acquire them during the course of an innovation project. The ultimate aim is to propose new innovation training systems, particularly in engineering schools, which is the context in which I have been working for over 25 years.
